Training & Support
Every client is provided with two hours operator training as part of the initial set up of RTOAgent. We also provide a user-guide library along with a service desk and tracking system.
RTOAgent is regularly upgraded with new releases and features in accordance with changes to industry, technology and client feedback. Upgrades are built into the system and occur automatically and are included in the annual hosting fee.
Our system is flexible and can be customised to support the way your business works. A successful implementation means it integrates with the other systems and processes within your business.
Our team will work with you to import your vital data to ensure continuity and value of your core business information. Databases, spreadsheets, legacy and custom applications – our technicians have extracted data from all of these and more.
Applying our industry expertise, we can help you customise our systems to your enterprise, and develop a platform to grow your business and streamline operations. We adopt a partnership approach to our consulting services. A consulting installation of our systems is a shared project, jointly managed by our team and yours.
